FYZICAL also offers Care Credit. CareCredit is offered as an alternative to consumer credit cards, cash or checks. CareCredit allows you to pay over time instead of a lump sum prior to treatment. Offering CareCredit removes the accounts receivable responsibilities and allows our physical therapists to focus on recommending and providing the best care to you.
Financial Arrangements
All co-pays, deductibles and co-insurance are due at the time of your visit or procedure, unless prior arrangements have been made with our office. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. As a courtesy to you, we will bill any insurance company. However, the assurance of payment for services is a patient responsibility.
